Ensuring a consistent

After receiving negative press during the initial launch of a new product, this multinational company wanted to ensure the rest of the global launch is rolled out successfully. They have already implemented a dedicated team of front-line employees in every country of their launch plan, but they want to ensure that these employees are completely equipped with all the information about the product when facing stakeholders.
The main challenge came from the distribution of messages and resources from headquarter to local employees. Often documents are lost in emails, key messages are distorted when passed through the hierarchal levels, and there are no clear feedback between an individual employee in Mozambique and the launch director in HQ.
I worked with the launch advisor to create an app where the country employees, the end user, can go for the most up-to-date resources and news about the global launch. Since the content is added and updated regularly, we set up the app so the the project team can easily update the app with the content management aspect of the Apply Platform.
In addition to providing information, the company wants to create a sense of community between the country teams and promote collaboration and sharing of information between headquarter and the local teams. To do so, we added user-friendly forms for employees to send feedback and questions directly to the launch director's team, where a moderator is responsible for replying and publishing any relevant answers to all the employees via the app.
The company plans to use the app for the entirety of the launch, which will span over several years to 100+ countries. Meanwhile, we are continuously identifying new functionalities or layouts to evolve the app to best fit the user's needs.

Employees can keep track of the launch progress around the world from the home screen. This creates a sense of team effort for each country team to help and reach out to one another to succeed in the launch.
GETTING ANSWERS, WHENEVER AND WHEREVER
Submitted questions from “Ask the Team” are published in the FAQ, where employees can search and find answers to questions that someone else might already have asked.

All the support needed in a few taps; employees can easily access the list the relevant company contacts across the world and send emails from the app.
NO MORE MISPLACED DOCUMENTS
Utilizing the Apply platform’s CMS, the project manager can upload and organize key documents to the app, so no documents will be lost in emails again.
